Ordered a larger order for my employees lunch during training, understandably the order took a little time to be made and delivered, that was never a problem. Upon receipt of the order, we quickly noticed that we were only given 26 of 27 hoagies ordered. We called the location to inform them of the issue and were met with a very hostile employee that wanted to argue that the order was completed whole and refused to do anything about it. STOP HIDING THE FOIL THAT YOU WRAP AROUND YOUR SANDWICHES.
Chips were good but cheesesteak was dry
Husband went in to order and the lady working didn't acknowledge him. A lady walks in and she was acknowledged and asked if she was here for pick up or ready to order. After helping the lady, she helped my husband, but was full of attitude. Husband loves PrimoHoagies, but this sandwich he got was like soaked.
I loved the Philly cheesesteak.
