I ordered 3 sandwiches yesterday...Let's start with the worker tried to place a chicken cutlet on my sandwich which somehow became entwined with a cloth for cleaning. I literally had to ask him for another one, then they proceeded to give me one cutlet to I guess cutlet down on time and stating it was a small sandwich (PRIMO) but decided to get me my missing cutlet. I think they changed ownership. The owner asked me to take this down. He almost seemed threatening. Than he said he would have it taken down. A better approach mighy have been to offer me to visit and see how much better they were. The prvioua owner did the same. He asked me to say that in person.. I went by to see the new place. This PrimoHoagies location on Ridge Pike has great staff members that handle taking food orders and fulfilling the food orders with ease. Usually if I order online, the order is always ready when I arrive. Even during busy peak times. Keep up the good work on the high quality service. The food was worth the money. 👍 -Good Luck In 2026 & Beyond.
I was craving a Primo hoagie. The store was so clean and the minute I walked in Norma greeted me and was ready to help! She is so knowledgeable and welcoming. She almost convinced me to buy a sweet treat but I had some at home already 😂 I will definitely be back.
