Terrible service, delivery mistakes every month, account overcharges, complete waste of time and energy. Do yourself a favor and keep it moving.
They stole you money. They charge us $400 for 3 bottles water don’t buy anything for this Company.
I set up an account with Primo and was assured delivery every 2 weeks. Since opening my account in September, I have only had 2 deliveries and one of those happened after I called to cancel my account. Would never recommend this service to anyone as there is barely and service at all.
Initially a good service but went downhill quickly. Often cancelled deliveries for weeks on end.
