We use Primo storage for winter outdoor parking of our campervan. Super safe, love that we have access to it whenever we want. Staff are friendly, easy to deal with. Whole process is great, easy, and accessible. Would recommend!
I am sure Google will do its best to suppress this review. I have been dealing with Primo Storage since June 2025, and found it to be a corrupt business that doesn't mind sharing confidential information about its customers with corrupt members of the City of Ottawa. Yesterday, I went to pick my car and discovered that my access card has been blocked. The last payment for the fees was sent to them via wire transfer, but Sonya decided not to accept it.
