I've taken multiple rigs (motorhome and trailers) to Primo over the last 5 years and they are top notch. Excellent service and fair prices. Equally important, they take the time to explain what is going on with the process and communicate with you to get you back on the road with confidence.
These guys were awesome! We were able to drive up to their place and they came out to the street and fixed our water leaking and our water heater shorting out within an hour. They were honest and fair too. They may not have a fancy facility, but they make up for it in excellent service.
Primo is the real deal! BJ and Tracy are true professionals. They installed a Roadmaster tow plate, Demco Stay and Play and other related equipment on my 2024 Ford Escape hybrid. The work was flawless and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

They are the beat RV repair place I've been to. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, very reasonable prices, warranty, and non warranty work done. They sure don't disappoint!
