This place is a scam. You make your rental purchase online before you can enter the facility. Once inside it’s an absolute disgusting mess. To think anyone would want to store their valuables in such filth is beyond understanding. You can not reach them in any way. They have an answering service that sends and automatic message once you get the pre recorded automated massage. Great prices
Not a manned facility the back fence easily accessible to get through. I did not feel comfortable with my trailer there. The outside parking for trailers wasn't labeled. Ive been calling and email since Feb 17 and no one has called me back. I have requested my refund as well as cancelation. Almost a month later and still nothing
Our son rented this place online. When we arrived, it was not cleaned out at all from the previous tenants--even feces on the floor and Black recluse spiders in there! We tried repeatedly to get someone on the phone to no avail. We are moving to another storage facility nearby that will pick up their phone and give you information! Only rent here if you don't mind "no communication and a very dirty space"! That does not work for this family!
