While it was raining 3 roofers arrived at 6:00 AM , at 7:00 AM rain had stopped, roofers were up on the roof tearing the old roof off of the garage which had 3 sky lights and a stove pipe outlet. Little verbal communication with them but visually I could see attention to detail in their completed rubber roof work, all had their individual assignments and worked in unison. Josh is concise, presents his proposal in a clear, easy to understand format and was easy to communicate with during the entire process from setting up the site visit to do an estimate in person (No sending an estimate based on satellite photos of the property) to doing the inspection after all services were completed.
