The short of it: Do yourself a huge favor and go to Superior pools. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTNACES SHOULD YOU HIRE PRIMO POOLS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! If you can't afford a truly quality pool builder such as Superior, then just get a shovel and some concrete and build your pool yourself - it would be highly unlikely that you would build a worse pool than Primo.
