If you can't afford a truly quality pool builder such as Superior, then just get a shovel and some concrete and build your pool yourself - it would be highly unlikely that you would build a worse pool than Primo. Sat down with the female rep., gave the survey to her and picked out our options. We were told it could take awhile to get a quote due to cement being sparse. 3 months later we heard nothing back, called to get an update and the receptionist said that they stepped out and would call us back when they returned. I guess they never returned! That was a year ago. I don't recommend this company at all. Not even an update. Really!! We're pretty reasonable and patient people. No matter the situation, a call back is expected.
