I’ve been using Primo for 25 years for all repairs. If you want it done right for a fair price call Primo. You won’t get any up sales for parts & labor that you really don’t need, they will tell you what’s wrong & fix it.
Two weeks ago on a Saturday I called for pool cleaning services. I've spoken to Kieth and he was absolutely amazing on the phone and we had agreed upon his son Cassidy to come out on Thursday to come clean the pool. Thursday comes around and I call Kieth, to his surprise he thought Cassidy had already come by. So he calls him, and his son says he'll come by on Saturday (yesterday) and that he wouldn't do the service because there's a pecan tree hanging over the pool and it'll leave spots. Was scheduled for service and repair man never showed up. Called four times and still nothing. Don’t waste your time with this company Very very unprofessional. When called last time and told the company I was going with another company their response was “fine”.
