I've been to Primo 4 times. LOVE the food, HATE the service. It's incredibly slow. But worse than that, my server Friday night had no personality and kept playing with her hair. She either needs retraining or a new occupation. I was with someone who was disgusted watching that, it was her first visit. I kept telling her, "don't judge this place by her." Please teach your wait staff to be more professional.I can only give you 3 stars because of her.
