AMAZING all around... Greg the owner and his team were such a joy to deal with from the moment I called to set everything up till the day I picked my Nissan up. I couldn't believe how great my car looked. I have never dealt with an understanding & compassionate company before. I highly recommend Primo!!! The best part my car was detailed and looked so clean inside & out. Thank you so much Primo for the amazing work you did!!!

Greg, Rose and the Primo team are amazing! They are courteous, comprehensive and their work product is second to none. From towing my van to their location, to doing a comprehensive exam of the damage, dealing with my insurance company, using only authentic replacement parts and keeping me updated every step of the way, Primo was a bright spot in an otherwise not so bright situation! And did I mentioned they got me back on the road over 2 weeks sooner than planned? At Primo they truly treat their customers like gold!

We brought our Ford Transit to Primo after someone tried to break into it by cutting out the door lock and breaking the window. Our insurance didn't cover the repairs so we had to pay out of pocket.
