Primo Audio is the real deal! I needed help with my Android and CarPlay navigation system, including a reverse camera, and they got it done fast. Every other shop I called wanted an appointment, but Primo took care of it right away. Super knowledgeable, professional, and the pricing was way better than the competition. If you need car audio or navigation work, this is the place to go!

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism I had my tint done here, and after noticing an issue, I reached out for a fix. It’s been three weeks of calling and even showing up in person once, but I’m still getting the runaround. Poor customer service and lack of follow-through. If you value good service after the sale, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I had a bad experience. I paid $650 for the backup camera and it never worked. I called them twice to fix the problem and they didn't solve anything. If you plan to go there, don't move. Look at what they're doing. They make things all over the place when they're installing them.
