I had Mario come help at my house. He is very rude, he asked to use my restroom and pissed all over the floor. Had to nerve to blame my 6 year old kid. He called him a racial slur too.
Absolutely outstanding service from Primo Air Master. The first company we called said that the blower motor died and that our unit was too old to repair. They gave us an estimate for it to be completely replaced for $5500-$7500. We called Mario for a second opinion and he found that the blower motor was fine and that the problem was actually the capacitor.
