We have had Primo Air Masters replace both of our aging AC Systems now. Our experience with every interaction has been wonderful! Great pricing, excellent hardware and service, and all friendly and knowledgeable employees through the whole process. In addition, we needed a small adjustment to output made after our second installation and Primo rushed out that next day to make the adjustment. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a new air system or yearly maintenance!
i texted at 7:30am and they were a no show no call for 12 hours! house was 88° i waited all day only to be told they can come the next day ! No thanks!
I had Mario come help at my house. He is very rude, he asked to use my restroom and pissed all over the floor. Had to nerve to blame my 6 year old kid. He called him a racial slur too.
Absolutely outstanding service from Primo Air Master. The first company we called said that the blower motor died and that our unit was too old to repair. They gave us an estimate for it to be completely replaced for $5500-$7500. We called Mario for a second opinion and he found that the blower motor was fine and that the problem was actually the capacitor.
