Primm and Proper has some of the best fish and wings in the area! The food was cooked to order and was delicious and piping hot!!! Cleveland (cashier) very nice and professional! I will be definitely be returning and telling everyone about Primm and Proper!!!
It was terrible. They made me and my friend wait for 15 minutes just to order. The cashier had a bad attitude and wish never to dine there ever again.
Hot, fresh and delicious! Glad they are open. I've been looking for something other than a burger in the hood, and they nailed it!
