My point of contact was always courteous and well informed. Throughout the solar project they were helpful in navigating the various forms of paperwork to cover the regulatory and utility requirements and were aways available to address the questions i had. Assumed we got solar from titan solar last year. When we contacted titan with some issues, we were told primitive power is who we should talk to since they sold the system to us. The paperwork made it look like our contract is with titan solar. During the initial sales discussions about the installation process, we specifically mentioned our pigeon problem and that we are concerned that birds could nest under the panels.
