Update: 8-23-2025 Until this date we have NOT noticed a substantial decline in our Xcel Energy Bill. Our salesman told us our energy bill would be around $20-$40. Our monthly energy bill averages around $200 which is a long way from $20-$40. Plus, we have to pay our monthly bill for the installation of our solar panels which is $131. The ONLY reason we bought these solar panels is because our Salesman lied about the savings. Told me I’d receive a check at the end of the year I never really used my electricity I was living alone for a year. Was only getting a $25 credit every month. My manager here that works for solar says this guy pocketed the rest of my panels profit. Never got that check by the way. Emailed him and he ignored me after the fact. 30k system w/ no battery could’ve added more panels on my roof

My point of contact was always courteous and well informed. Throughout the solar project they were helpful in navigating the various forms of paperwork to cover the regulatory and utility requirements and were aways available to address the questions i had. They initiated the initial onsite survey and the subsequent engineering design package that was developed by professional engineering services.
