(McMinnville location) Amazing customer service and interactions. Personable and friendly. I went to Primisys seeking help in installing an internal SSD. Josh helped me (without making me feel embarrassed for needing help in doing such a simple thing), and completed the task in just a couple minutes. In the end, he didn’t charge me a dime. Will definitely be going back for any future issues.
