I worked with Ben on a full remodel, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The quality of work wasn’t as high as I anticipated, and managing the subcontractors felt disorganized at times. Despite using technology, details still slipped through the cracks, which caused delays and confusion. Making decisions was more stressful than it should have been, and I often felt my concerns weren’t fully addressed. I would be hesitant to recommend him for a large-scale remodel.

We did a master bathroom remodel with Primework Construction, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and we often had to chase for updates. Some fixtures were not installed as we expected, and the overall finish didn’t reflect the price we paid. Instead of the spa-like bathroom we hoped for, the space feels incomplete. We would not recommend them based on our experience.

I worked with Ben on a full remodel for my home. The work turned out better than anticipated. The quality was excellent. Ben is very sharp and runs a great business. I like the control he has over his subs, so it's seamless for the client at all times. Ben uses technology to run his business, so details don't slip through the cracks. I'm a very picky client, and requested a ton of detail, asked tons of questions about items most people probably don't ask, and Ben was easy to make lots of small decisions with. Our master bathroom remodel with Primework Construction was a nightmare. From start to finish, working with Ben and his team was frustrating. The demolition and rebuild were messy and disorganized, and even with our design and chosen fixtures, nothing came together the way we envisioned. Communication was poor, and responses were slow or unhelpful. The final result was disappointing and far from the spa-like bathroom we had hoped for. I would not recommend Primework to anyone.

We hired Primework Construction for a complete master bathroom remodel, but the experience was disappointing. Communication with Ben and his team was inconsistent, and many of our concerns went unanswered. The project dragged on longer than expected, and the finishing details were not up to the standard we were promised. Instead of the spa-like retreat we had envisioned, the space feels incomplete and underwhelming. Sadly, we cannot recommend Primework based on our experience.
