Such a great experience! I called in with an issue, and instead of charging me to have someone come out, the gentleman helped me troubleshoot the problem on the phone. We found the issue, and it was something I could fix on my own! I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. This is a company I will GLADLY give my future business to! Had a great service visit from Dave. He took the time to explain the issues with my unit, including history, power requirements, and material availability. There are a lot of HVAC businesses out here. PrimeTime is one of the good ones. And Dave shows a lot of compassion for what he does. I would recommend him immediately.

Had an emergency where part of our heater caught on fire and burned up on the coldest morning of the year. Dave got there about 2 hours later and had it fixed for minimal cost 24 hours later. We are previous customers and he texted me back while I was leaving a message explaining the situation and he had me saved in his phone because he remembered my name. Excellent service and very respectful of our home as well. Could not recommend any more.
