Walter was kind, courteous, professional, patient. He walked us through the whole experience of buying a machine for our home. It was such a pleasure to work with him and his whole team in the warehouse. They made sure the claw machine was clean, working great and delivered right on time! They even showed us how to use it and change all the settings. We felt well taken care of. Thanks Primetime!

After vacationing in a rental home in Orlando, I wanted to recreate the game room that my kids and grandkids enjoyed. I was in touch with several companies and chose PrimeTime Amusements, and am so glad that I did. I bought a basketball, Ms Pac-Man and Mario Kart racing. Thanks, Walter! Air hockey machine works great at Hilltop Castle in the Poconos. Machine arrived quickly and without damage, and it looks even better in person.
