It was a BAD experience with getting an interview, signing disclosures and not receiving any initial copies of disclosures such as the REGZ and Good Faith Estimate BUT, it ended up being a GREAT experience with Mike finding another insurance company that saved us 1/2 in costs!! Thank you for going above and beyond in making sure our refinance closed with a good rate AND GREAT insurance!!!
