One of the worst customer service experiences I have been through . I placed a special order for screws. I was told they were in stock , I show up @ 7 am however the shipping and receiving doesn’t open till 8:30 , I was the first customer there . So at 9:30 1 hour after I had checked in and waited , I went back to ask and they said they can’t find it , if I want. To keep waiting or leave . Well they could have. Fast and easy
Went to deliver a load here, and the experience was terrible. The manager was extremely rude and didn’t even allow us to use the washroom. It’s frustrating that they wanted the load but showed no respect for the driver. This lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. Would not recommend dealing with this place.
