Horrible. Started a life insurance policy in November 2018. I lost my job in January 2019. I informed my agent in the Auburn Hills Mi office that i could not afford the payments and I requested the policy to be cancelled. In February 2019 a premium payment was taken out of my bank account after the policy had been cancelled and again in March 2019. I contacted the Auburn Hills Mi and asked what was going on. Primerica paid out $150,000 on my fathers life insurance policy after only 18 months in affect. They really are a great company! Thank you Primerica!!

I will not dive into details in this review because I am an agent of the company and feel that may be a misrepresentation for others looking at Primerica from outside the company. I will simply say that we started our relationship with Primerica as clients, and because of this company and its people, my parents did not have to take out a 401(k) loan to bury their son, my brother. I cancelled my policy on January 23, 2019 and I was still billed on February 22nd. I have called and left messages with the office I signed up with at Mario M****'s office in La Mirada, California. His office never returns calls and is extremely rude over the phone. When I called about the refund to the months that were charged after my cancellation request they simply said "we don't know if you'll get a refund, that's up to corporate". I have had Primerica for 10 years with the Benefit Rider Coverage and I have no complaints. My agent came by my home signed me up and has been in touch from here on out. I was a monthly paying customer then I went to semi-annual, to annually to save money. I like that my agent is always available if I have a question by phone, in person or email. Our policy through Primerica was $134 cheaper than the whole life policy our car insurance agent provided us with. The people at Primerica care a lot about us and were very informative when we were asking questions about the differences in the policies. Primerica also provided us with a game plan to help us pay off debt and invest for retirement. I work with Primerica and there is no doubt in my mind that this business doesn't have everyone's best interests at heart. The atmosphere in the workplace(office/base shop) is unbeatable. The recognition is unlike any other. On top of all that you control your business and you control your cash flow. I'm not sure of many "schemes" that help families and people out like Primerica does.

I am extremely upset with all aspects of this company. In December 2017 I went to a meeting that a high school friend invited me to at the 10200 E Girard Ave Office in AURORA, COLORADO. I have been a client for the company for a few year, and rating that they had offered me are a lot better than what i have been offer from other company. But primerica is not just good rates, is trust, loyalty, a company that i know is going to pay my family if anything happens to me, and also good investment desition with good and secure rates of returns
