I had called my representative to talk about my account my mother had set up. But she responded after finding out my name, “ I can’t talk to you about your mother’s account, she’s dead.” So unprofessional and rude. We never called her to inform her of my mother’s passing but she heard from someone. Seriously unprofessional. I’m looking for another representative.
