My agent Mario Hubbard failed to ask health history questions for each individual and when my daughter passed away, I was denied a claim due to withholding medical info. I have another child with health issues and could not get a call back to fix the info so we all would be covered. He was very unsympathetic to losing our daughter and no willingness to help. I am blocked from reviewing my account total disappointment.

So much difficulty in getting what I'm entitled to. Over 3 months and still denied my claim, because of an unclear ID, whereas my signature on another document was acceptable with no ID.
