Mislead. Gave money and been was told that I could not get any money back. Was told to about an email to send and followed up to close account and get a refund and still receiving information from the company. After a year finding out the money I gave they will not return. Wasted money on a fraudulent company. All they did was mislead people. Do not invest.

This is not a good company, my mother has paid into this policy for 26 years and received a letter she has no coverage now, I have made calls to them on to the reason why and have been getting the run around with no solution as of yet and this is almost a week now. My mother has been crying 😢 hysterically on this matter because now she is concerned about passing away with no money for burial and the burden 😢 will fall on us children. This company should not be in business I've already have read so many bad reviews.

I have been with this company for years but never had a need to contact them. Then recently I decided I wanted to change some coverages. It is like dealing with a company still in the 1980s. Very hard to contact and get information from. I guess at my age I am stuck with them or I would go somewhere else.

This business is a total scam and unprofessional, I stay in Cleveland ohio there is a woman name tanesha A** who had gotten me in I paid her 75.00 to join she used her credit card because I only had cash so she came to my home picked up my cash, since it was so unprofessional of her to help me start I didn't want to be apart of it anymore so I changed my mind she told me I would have to fill out a form but I couldn't because she used her card so I was scammed out of money.
