My mother recently submitted a transfer to have her money sent from her Primerica account to another brokerage account. We are coming up on 2 months and still, the money has not hit her E-Trade account. On her account's history tab it shows this transfer was initiated on January 11th. When I called customer service, the agent was of zero help! She just kept saying the transfer was initiated and that she had no other info to provide. I had a universal index life. I was told that this was a way to save on taxes and also grow my money while being protected. After 2 meetings with my representative I learned that I was overpaying for insurance and my money was not in an efficient vehicle to grow my money. It was a horrible investment and I am thankful Primerica help educate me on this. I was able to set up a term insurance policy with them. Got rid of my UIL which by the way after 7 years did not render me anything in the cash value.! Its all a scam. Instead... read more

Was hooked up with Chrisopher ******* of Windham, Maine by a family member but had very disappointing service. My money was used to pay other people's bills while my bills remained unpaid. Kept having to call about my electricity, mortgage, taxes and oil. I owned an apartment building and had many people depending on me but I failed them by trusting this business. Lost thousands. Won't do business with them again and would not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT DO Business with these people. My father has paid them thousands of dollars over the years for life insurance. He was starting to have dementia problems and missed one payment. He had a stroke and ended up in a long term care rehab facility. I took over the finances for my mom. When I called Primerica and explained the situation they said that if he were to pass away he wouldn't get his death benefit because of ONE missed payment, (that I was trying to resolve) they wouldn't take payment over the phone and told us if ... read more

I use to have a cash value life insurance and a Primerica agent offered to review my policy to help me understand my contract. I am very confident that my old policy was replaced by a term insurance and now I even have true investments that has been earning great. I am so greatful to this company for educating me on the truth about money.

I am so disappointed in this company. I have called, emailed, called again, called the local agent.....tried the website...I cannot get in touch with a REAL person who can help this old lady out with a policy issue. If I could, I would give them a negative rating. OMG! Really? Just disappointed since I have had a policy with them for YEARS! Come on. I'm 77, so yeah.....years! Just wanted to let you know because I told them I would let you know. Thanks for letting me blow off all my steam for today.
