Fantastic customer service from Primera! We had a pipe burst in our kitchen ceiling several weeks ago and some of the laminate flooring had to be removed. I've been on the hunt trying to find the exact same flooring and despite checking several local stores I was unsuccessful. I contacted the builder of our home hoping they'd have record of it somewhere. They directed me to Primera. I called and Janel was so helpful. Stephen came to my home and corrected all the kitchen cabinets after my home builder had finished the completion of my new home.
