PrimePsych opened under the name Prime TMS in February 2018 to provide deep TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) to clients in Lawrence, KS and surrounding areas. However, in order to meet the mental health needs of the community, the business expanded to provide full outpatient mental health services, in addition to providing deep TMS and Eksetamine (Spravato) nasal-spray specialty treatments for major depressive disorder. It is Prime's goal to expand access to quality mental health services across Kansas and Missouri.

This place is amazing. Sometimes they do miss a communication like email. This is rate is my experience and they are kind, respectful, safe, dependable. I believe them to be the best.
I am going thru my second round of treatment in the Topeka office and I have found my experiences to be very positive. Jess gives me my treatments and she does an excellent job. MY COMPLAINT IS ABOUT OFFICE MANAGEMENT, NOT THE PROVIDER(s). My Dr (of decades, who is an amazing practitioner) would NEVER allow me to go 2 weeks without meds (I’m a desperate mess now) because recent (1.5+ years) “structural business consolidations” have created a firewall which is actually burning down the house :(( It is heart-breaking to write this, because my Dr has saved my life as well as my child’s life on numerous occasions over several decades, but, these days, access has become more difficult than getting a dire... read more
If I could rate 0 stars or even negative I would. This place is absolutely pathetic, refuses to answer call and never gets back to voicemails. They’ve made refilling medication a bigger headache than doing taxes ( utterly ridiculous) how they have a medical license and are responsible for others health is horrifying. There goal isn’t to help mental health it’s to deprive you of the medication till you kys. This is a scam, find somewhere else before its too late!!
Honestly they don’t contact there clients. They let other clients abuse clients but won’t respond. They don’t meet you on zoom not in person I believe in contact. I wanna feel safe and comfortable
