Dr. Shaughnessy is the most compassionate and knowledgeable primary care physician I. have ever known. I have been a patient for over 10 years and will never go anywhere else! His staff rocks too!
Love this medical office. I’ve been going for years and they’ve always been the best. Our insurance changed and we couldn’t go to them for the last year or two and we didn’t see a doctor at all. Now that they take our new insurance we are back and very happy. The office staff remembered us by name as soon as we walked in. Very glad to have our doctors back and we won’t be seeing anyone else but them.
my husband and I were first sent to prime med after am injury at work. We were so impressed with the lack of an extended wait time to be seen, and especially the lack of extended time on the waiting room! The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and they listen to you!!! I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a better primary care doctor!!
I am so happy with PrimeMED, the Saint Augustine location is Awesome 👏 😎!! Jade is at the front desk and she is always so friendly and smiling. The whole staff are always so helpful and friendly!! Thank you PrimeMED for making everything so easy and comfortable!!
Everyone was very friendly did not have to wait long to be seen and received excellent care
Not sure what has changed but follow thru is the worst I've ever seen. Scripts not called in, referrals not done esp on Emergency situations. And after leaving 13 messages in 3 weeks NO ONE has returned my calls.
I have been with them since 2000. And I love to see Mr. Robertson he has a very good bedside manner. I think the staff is great too. I really miss Dr. Harden. He was a great Dr. If I have said anything bad in the past. I was having a bad day and I am sorry. It is a long trip for us but we have been happy with them for the most part.
I've been a patient for over 15 years and wouldn't trust anyone more! The entire staff is like family and I know that I'm not just "another face". It's fabulous to have that type of relationship and trust.
