Wonderful place. Everyone is very welcoming and attentive and caring. Mindy especially has been very helpful and attentive to the situation I have going on right now in providing the best care I could possibly receive. Pulling in the parking lot was a little confusing. There is no posted sign showing Prime MD located in the building, only a sleep doctor. Waiting room is nice.
Mindy is a wonderful nurse practitioner. I initially started seeing her for weight loss and now I am transitioning to her for my primary care needs. She was attentive, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciated how clearly they explained my treatment options and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable primary care provider! Staff was very nice and gives the small town vibe that I love.
They DO NOT take walk-ins contrary to both their voicemail for the office and their website. Walk-ins are NOT welcome .. very misleading. And a waste of time .
Mindy is awesome and the staff are so friendly! They always try their best to get you in ASAP!
