Highly recommend this office and I cannot say enough positive things about the staff especially Cassie, She goes above and beyond every single day, not only providing excellent medical care but truly listens. She takes the time to understand concerns, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure you feel comfortable and supported. Her compassion, patience, and professionalism create an environment of trust and reassurance. Healthcare needs more nurses like her.

We brought our 91 year old mother in for a required physical needed before entering assisted living. She has been healthy her whole life and does not have a Primary Care doctor and is not on any medications. Needless to say she was a bit nervous, but the nurse and NP Nicole Tipton were so patient and kind to Mom. They explained everything they were doing and made the visit easy for us.
PrimeMD is simply the BEST! This doctors office goes above and beyond and truly treats you as a patient and not just a number. They Always get you an appointment when you are sick. My family appreciates all the staff Cassie, Heather and Dr. Bekkam. They are all Great! Thank you
