I've known Dr. Cain for almost 10 years. I was a patient of hers when she was affiliated with a hospital system in a family practice. She also cared for other family members of mine. Prime MD is a breath of fresh air! Dr. Cain has brought caring customer service to the doctor/patient relationship. From the moment I was greeted by Dr. Cain, in her welcoming waiting area, till the time I left, I had her full attention during our HOUR appointment! Yes an HOUR! Granted this was my new patient appointment, but Dr. Cain assured me that most appointments will be from 30 minutes to an hour.
