To honest I had been to two other loan officers before I had met Sabrina, my credit score was low & both times I left the meeting feeling defeated. Sabrina was the first person I met that gave me direction to fixing my score & guide me with what I needed to do in order to purchase a home. Less than a month after meeting Sabrina I was signing papers for my first home!! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!! Sabrina & her staff are absolutely amazing!
Sabrina was amazing!!! After trying to deal with a different local mortgage company with no success and major headaches we were referred to Sabrina by a local title agent. Not only was Sabrina able to quickly close our deal (start to finish in less than 4weeks) but her company charged us over $3000 less than their local competitor. She is always up to date on the most recent loan programs, constant changes in the industry, and options that meet all different types of individuals.
