No, after two months and saying we we pre-approved they couldn’t fund us but what bothered me was they wouldn’t send our appraisal or inspection paperwork ( even after paying for it) to our new company and stopped answering our phone calls! We had to go through their parent company in California to get our paperwork 😞
They are a complete nightmare to work with. Our buyers used them as a lender and it was a constant battle to get an answer from Jenay and her team. They never return calls or emails and even went as far as not returning the title companies calls. Once we finally got a closing date after hounding them for weeks we got barely even a days notice. To top everything off we didn't get our funds we needed at closing because they had dated the papers for the incorrect day and wouldn't fix it causing us to not have funds for the prop... read more
