Joe was very helpful in providing information, But he didn't seem interested in providing updates in the process along the way or what we should expect. He was not very responsive, which was completely the opposite of what my friend that recommended him had said he was for her. He did let me know at one point he had an event that lead to a bit of a slow down so I decided to wait until he reached back out.
