RecommendedEric was our Loan Officer when we bought our house 2 years ago. We were so impressed with him that we went back to him for our refinancing. Eric always gave it to us straight and was very responsive, even on the weekends. Mitch was our Loan Processor with our original loan and the refinance. Eric and Mitch were awesome and took my loan when another lender wouldn’t. They kept me informed and everything was ready for closing on the scheduled date and time. The only gripe and not sure who’s fault it is was the constant request for documents instead of having a list and getting it done at one time.

When my mom and brother were looking for a loan for their house, her realtor told her to go to a couple of places and one was Prime Lending. They ended up using other financing because they saved them 4 Grand at closing and and around a thousand on the yearly payments. Eric is terrible no customer service skills at all completely rude to my fiancé and realtor acting as if we are bothering him called and spoke to boss no apologies nothing not even a call or text message back terrible experience wouldn't wish this upon anyone trying to buy a house
