They dont verify paperwork. Wasted 5 months with one pre-approval just to jack everything up a few days before what was supposed to be our closing date. Costing me $13k in extra work/services not needed since they approval changed. After a $3k credit, woo hoo, we yet again are pushing back closing. If you dont have extra cash or a place to stay while waiting on paperwork, find a different company. Not sure if we will even close now.
I had a really terrible experience working with a loan officer Daniel Corby at this location. I was doing a cash out refinance on a property I own in Missouri. His wife, referred him who works for a different mortgage company here in Texas however she wasn’t licensed in Missouri so she said her husband Daniel could handle the cash out. Robin took the time to explain every line item of charges for the mortgage agreement and was available and responsive every time we needed her.
