Do yourself a favor and DON'T use these people!!! Worst experience I have ever had in getting a mortgage. They lose paperwork, request the same items over and over again, don't care when you settle they are going to take their sweet time, and they're rude. The lady I dealt with REFUSED to pick up the phone and was emailing me requests for paperwork 45 minutes before my close! Pick up the phone and call for pete sake!!! When I go to refinance I will certainly be doing my research on lenders because I refuse to go through this... read more
