I struggled on whether or not to write this review. I completely understand that getting a mortgage is like pulling teeth, even under the best of circumstances. But, having done this before and having another experience to compare this to, I have to say that dealing with PrimeLending has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE from the very beginning and beyond the closing date. Prime Lending and their team lead by Gloria Price were fantastic. They walked me through the process and were with me every step of the way. I have a busy schedule but they made time for me to accommodate. Unbelievable service! I can not recommend them highly enough. If you are in the DFW area and choose to go with anyone else, you will be getting the 2nd best.
