(Recently realized I did not write a review) In April of 2025, I was seeking a MNSure Navigator, since the government no longer handles it. I went to this company since it was the closest on the three company list I was handed at the government center in Brooklyn Center, huge mistake. The front desk guy was friendly enough, but I was the only person in their office and could not get assistance. Walked in it was quiet and sketchy. Had to ask if someone was working there, this guy wearing a hoodie looking very unprofessional came and ask us to sit and wait. We waited for a good 20min and someone else came and told us to sit in another spot to wait then he left. And I started hearing him rummaging through his office like crazy. I got sorta of sketchy and dipped out. Don’t recommend coming here at all too sketchy!
They make you sit and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait without saying a word to you even after you've explained why you're there. But they're surely good at answering the phone at least.
