I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience, or lack thereof, at Prime Health Urgent Care. Your Google Business profile clearly states your hours of operation as 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a note that Monday hours may vary due to holidays. I'm writing this review with serious concerns about the accuracy of other reviews for Prime Health Urgent Care. It's extremely puzzling to see reviews suggesting the facility is open and serving patients when, according to neighboring businesses, the urgent care has been closed for at least the past year. I've personally observed the location multiple times over the past several months, and the doors have consistently been locked with no signs of activity. Very friendly staff! Much better experience here than at the other urgent care in fish hawk
Very nice and friendly staff, wait time was short and they were quick to ease my child’s worries. We will definitely utilize this office in the future.
