Doctors were so kind and personable!
They advertise having xrays and then don't have a tech on site. Making an appointment for an x-ray does not provide you with the information on if a tech will be available. The office manager was beyond rude. When asked for the corporate number she told me to "use google". When asked for something to identify her to corporate she refused.
This urgent care is an absolute joke when it comes to handling return-to-work paperwork. I went in expecting a simple evaluation so I could get back to my job, but the staff dragged their feet, gave me the runaround, and acted like filling out one form was some impossible task. Instead of helping me get cleared, they caused unnecessary delays and confusion, which put my job at risk. Turned up 10 minutes before closing, even said on the door updates times where 6:30pm, so same as google maps. Door was locked, lady at the front desk mouthed to me “we’re closed”. Even though they were open! I get it being the end of the day but serious? We had an issue. Whoever you are who mouthed for us to go away and then left your chair at the front desk. Do better or don’t get a job in healthcare.
