Started as a new patient today and I am so glad that my friends referred me to Kelly. The most comfortable I have ever been and the best care I have ever received.
Was seen 40 minutes past appointment time. When finally seen I feel that the doctor was more concerned about getting my appointment over with. My anxieties were raised rather than settled by her. Was seen Wednesday morning was told my labs would come Friday at the latest but learned online they are closed on Friday so will have to go through the weekend before receiving. Considering the reviews, I thought the 40 minute drive was worth it but not.
Everyone was friendly and helpful! Angelica was thorough and answered all my questions. I’m so happy that PrimeGYN & Angelica is my new gynecology team!
It is no exaggeration when I say that Kelly is by far the best healthcare provider I have ever had. I continue to see her even though I’ve moved an hour and a half away because her level of care is just unmatched. She is so patient and such an attentive listener. She is incredibly thorough and leaves no boxes unchecked. I feel like we have a similar sense of humor which I appreciate because some providers can be quite cold. I would recommend her to any relative or friend any day. Thank you Kelly and staff!
