I don't want my review on here anymore and altering seems the only way to get rid of it. Definitely don't recommend Dr Xu by the way just don't wanna provide reason.
Zero stars if I could. Went to Xu for treatment for a condition that runs genetically through my family. Without me saying a word about it or her checking me over she decided I did not have it simply due to being too young. I am 20, and this condition can become apparent as early as 11. Wrote me off and didn’t let me get a word in. Disregarded all family history. Dr. Xu walked out in the middle of a conversation we were having and never returned. I never could get more than two words out before she would interrupt me and start rambling on about random stuff. I will never ever go back to this Doctor.

0 stars. I'm being dismissed from practice due to $60 balance (that I disputed). Was charged for an office visit when all that was done was an EMG test. I then paid another $60 for 3d office visit to get results that could have been given by a phone call. ($180 total.) Have had 2 other EMGs at Kettering Hospital at no additional charge. Dr. Xu does her own testing so I had no other choice. Was not informed ahead of time that I'd be charged for another office visit. Outrageous. Do NOT recommend.
Dr. Xu was attentive and compassionate. She was knowledgable and decisive. My visit with her went well and we have a plan that makes me feel better about my healing process.
I and family members have seen Dr. Xu several times and she has always listened to what I have to say her staff is wonderful! They have been very helpful in difficult situations that have come up I would recommend them to anyone!
Difficult to understand, unkept appearance, seemed unorganized. Lobby was small could not seat all the patients. Unfriendly front desk person. Did not return for followup.
If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend this doctor under any circumstance. She came into the room and before I said one word she had already decided I was not suffering from the reason I was referred to her. Before I left the office she implied it was all in my head. Without saying it directly she was practically calling me crazy. Horrible Doctor!
