UPDATE- Following my review in 2024, we decided to continue bringing our daughters to this practice. Unfortunately, the office management has deteriorated significantly. While the doctors are kind, the administrative management is nonexistent. Recently, after discussions with our youngest daughter's teachers, we initiated a formal ADHD assessment. I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices and lack of communication from this office regarding my child’s ADHD evaluation visit in August. The appointment itself consisted of a brief in-office interaction (approximately 7 minutes) after I completed the intake forms in advance. Despite the minimal time spent, the visit was billed at the highest coding level. I immediately questioned the charge and began contacting the office in October to request a review and adjustment. I like this place, no idea why there are so many bad reviews. I’ve never had to wait for an appointment, my phone calls are always answered promptly and professionally & Dr. Lyman has been great so far! I recommend this office!
Fyi Will not make exceptions for vaccines that caused a swelling reaction for my son. Will not allow spacing out certain vaccines. To add, since they have become affiliated with childrens, their billing will nickel and dime you. Its a good office with good doctors, but unfortunately, if this is what you are looking for, you will need to go somewhere else.
We love our physician but the wait times are over an hour every time we’ve been in for a sick visit or wellness check up. It’s inconsiderate of everyone’s time and ridiculous for children/infants to be expected to sit there that amount of time.
