* update March 18, 2026 * Have been to this clinic MULTIPLE times over the course of time since their opening. With the doctor, the experience has always been top tier. There seems to always be someone new sitting at the front desk, lately though. Recently, needed to have my daughter’s medication filled. Didnt have our HC’s and not once in what I assume to be 10-15+ visits since their opening/our initial visits, have I ever had to provide them. Excellent staff great doctors
Came in with an hour and 15 mins left until they close with my baby who I was concerned had and ear infection. Four cars in the parking lot. At least three staff in the building. One person in the waiting room. They told me they were full for the day...seriously!?. I pleaded, it was for my baby who was inconsolable last night for hours. Receptionist coldly told me with anger and zero compassion, "no room left today. Sounds like an ear infection. You need to go somewhere else".
