I was visiting my parents in Medicine Hat and needed to go to a walk-in. I saw Primecure had 4.2 stars on Google and thought that was very good for a clinic, so I gave it a try. Online it said they open at 8am so we were here early, they started letting people in at 7:55am. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but the lady I spoke with at the front desk was so lovely! Took our family off the list of patients and blacklisted us over an argument, absaloutley disappointing, also nearly killed my mom because they tried to change her meds, absaloutley disgusting, reception isnt very helpful either
