we needed a stucco inspection for a house we were thinking about buying and honestly didnt know what to expect. the inspector showed up on time and got right to it. he checked moisture all over, especially the low spots and around the windows and doors where he said water usually gets trapped. found a couple areas that had readings higher than they should be and explained what that meant for us long term. what i liked was he didnt talk down to me or throw a bunch of terms i didnt understand. just plain talk about what was go... read more

Had PrimeCheck do a full stucco inspection before we closed on a house. The inspector spent close to three hours going around the whole exterior, probing for moisture, checking around windows and the chimney, and taking a ton of photos. The report came back the next day with clear findings and pictures showing each spot of concern. Helped us negotiate repairs into the deal with the sellers before we signed anything.

Got a full moisture survey done on the stucco exterior. They tested around the windows and door frame plus the roof line. Report came back clean wich was a huge relief.

A corner of our glenview home felt soft when pressed which scared me, PrimeCheck EIFS & Stucco Inspection inspected and repaired the compromised stucco area, they reinforced it and matched thr finish so it blends in. Feels sturdy again.
