The referrals was not apart
I wish I would have read reviews before I went. It was shocking to enter this building. Run down, dirty floors, out of order/dirty bathrooms. My doc was nice and communicative. But then I had my blood taken and the lab tech literally ripped the needle out of my skin. I’m covered in tattoos and have a high pain tolerance. I’ve had blood and given blood many times, I never bruise. I left and looked at my arm and started crying. Lab tech left a huge bump and bruise and pain on my arm. I don’t bruise easily. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Made it clear I requested phone sessions and a female therapist (former was negotiable but the other was not). My appointment was in person, so I went---only to be told it was actually my phone. Checked my appointment many times beforehand and it never stated it was by phone. Then I was told to just wait, and the therapist never showed. 30 minutes after my appointment was susposed to start, I got a call after I was leaving---he was "busy with another client."
