I wish I would have read reviews before I went. It was shocking to enter this building. Run down, dirty floors, out of order/dirty bathrooms. My doc was nice and communicative. But then I had my blood taken and the lab tech literally ripped the needle out of my skin. I’m covered in tattoos and have a high pain tolerance. I’ve had blood and given blood many times, I never bruise. I left and looked at my arm and started crying. Lab tech left a huge bump and bruise and pain on my arm. I don’t bruise easily.
