Had a severe sore throat and since it was the weekend went in to this clinic. Didn’t have to wait long. Everyone was friendly. Physician was great and prescribed the necessary medication. Was back to normal in a day. Would definitely go back. No problem with insurance billing.
PrimeCare Port Orange is great. Had my daughter there last week for IV fluids. Can not say enough great things about these folks. Our community is lucky to have such wonderfully caring folks!

Headache. One huge headache. They over billed my insurance and myself as well. Regardless of being an employee there, they still over billed my insurance and on top of it made attempts to collect even more money from me. Way to treat your employees! After having conversations with the manager it would be written off, they still over charged my insurance. As an employee, their protocol is to treat their employees for free. Lies. Stay away. They got me in quickly. The doctor was very thorough. The office seemed very clean. They were very empathetic to the issues I was having. There is adequate parking both in the lot of PrimeCare, and a large lot next door. It is easy to exit onto Saxon to use the light to cross A1A.
