The product they make are not bad, but the social interaction was awful. I went in for a brace and had trouble putting it om. The technician Eddie said "We fulfilled the order and made the brace and now it is up to you to figure how to get it on." I finally figured it out on my own at home, but it was not easy and still is not easy to get on. I would have thought not only are they there to make the equipment needed for people, but to also help with other things. Unfortunately there a re not many more places that are in this ... read more
Eddie Zepeda did an outstanding job of developing a leg brace for me so that I can walk more normal. Works better than anything I could have imagined. AND it eliminated all of the pain associated with walking. Cant recommend Eddie or PrimeCare enough. They really know what they are doing.
Amazing! Amazing! Words cannot describe how much I appreciate Prime Care and how much they have done for my son. Eddie and Lidia are beautiful people who geniunly care about their patients. Yesterday once again Prime Care showed how much patient needs are their top priority. They went above and beyond to find the perfect fit brace for me after “others” told me it was not possible. Highly recommend PrimeCare Orthotics Prosthetics, my daughter Mireya Trujillo was referred to PrimeCare to get fitted for a knee brace. From that day on, personnel has done nothing but thier best to make sure my daughter recieved the best care possible. After finding that she had tore her ACL, she thought her soccer/softball season was over, but thanks to PrimeCare she recieved a brace she could use and continue doing her normal activities.
